Refund policy

We are pleased to offer pre-orders and commit to shipping these pre-orders within (2) business days of receipt from vendor or manufacturer.   All preorder sales are final.

In the event shipments received by MGFC are too short to fulfill orders, customers will be notified and offered refund or shop credit.

Regular, in-stock items are eligible for refund with shop credit only within (7) days of shopper receipt and return.  Returns will be shipped at shopper expense.  Please note:  cut fabric will not be refunded or exchanged.
